• You may not misuse the Apps, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require a subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase and may be managed in your Apple ID settings. Subscription status may be handled by RevenueCat for entitlement verification.

3. AI-Generated Content

Some Apps may generate content using AI. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for informational or creative purposes only.

4. User Content

You are responsible for the content you provide in the Apps. You must not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Apps, including design, code, trademarks, and branding, are owned by SuppyAI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Apps except as permitted by law.

6. Availability & Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuppyAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
