This Privacy Policy explains how SuppyAI (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use mobile applications we develop and publish, including Lumorb (the “Apps”).

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required to operate our Apps.

• Anonymous User ID — Our Apps may use Firebase Authentication to create an anonymous identifier. This identifier does not include your name, email, or real-world identity.
• Purchase & Subscription Information — If you subscribe or make an in-app purchase, purchase status and history are processed via Apple App Store and RevenueCat for subscription management.

We do not intentionally collect: name, email address, phone number, physical address, precise location, contacts, health records, or advertising identifiers (IDFA).

2. AI Processing

Some Apps may use AI services (e.g., Firebase AI) to generate content based on user input. Data is transmitted off-device only to service your request (generate the output). We do not use AI inputs/outputs for advertising or tracking.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide core app functionality (authentication, feature access)
• Subscription and entitlement management
• Security and fraud prevention (including app integrity checks)

4. Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your information. We may share limited data with service providers that help operate the Apps:

• Google Firebase — authentication, app integrity (App Check), and AI request handling
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Apple — in-app purchase processing

5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide app functionality, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Subscription-related records may be retained according to Apple/RevenueCat requirements.

6. Tracking

We do not use data for tracking as defined by Apple (no cross-app advertising profiles, no data broker sharing, no IDFA).

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
